VAB Asset Management launches a new service
According to the VAB Asset Management President Tatiana Popova, the company launched a program which will help to manage assets for insurance companies. In the world practice insurance companies are usually the biggest investors. And this type of services is widely used there, except for Ukraine. It is a totally new service for the Ukrainian financial market, because only a few asset management companies , one of them is VAB Asset Management, provide asset management for insurance companies.

VAB Bank summarized preliminary results of 2007
VAB Bank summarized preliminary results of 2007 based on the unaudited financial statements under Ukrainian Accounting Standards (UAS). Audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2007 under IFRS and UAS are expected by the end of March and April 2008 respectively.

A share interval fund “VAB Titan” was entried into a state list of institutions of joined investment register on February 8, 2008 (code in a register 221944).

On August, 1, 2007 the companies VAB Life and VAB Asset Management concluded an agreement on the management of insurance assets.

Tatyana Popova appointed head of VAB Asset Management
On June, 1, 2007 Tatyana Popova was nominated as Director General of VAB Asset Management. She succeeds Alla Pakhomova, who was in charge of the company since its creation.
