VAB Asset Management Company was found in June 2006. Today it is a member of Ukrainian Association of Investment Business.

In August 2006 VAB Asset Management received license of the State committee on securities and stock market for conduct of professional activity associated with assets management of:

• Non-state pension funds;
• Joint investments institutes;
• Insurance companies.

VAB Asset Management conducts its activity in compliance with investment strategy of a client on the principle of reliability, liquidity, profitability and diversification following legal requirements and terms of assets management agreement. Besides, the Company may be investment consultant on diverse projects.

VAB Asset Management team consists of experienced professionals working on the market of securities and investment, which allows providing clients with high quality investment services. Company specialists have certificates on managing assets and trade securities and they passed professional training on portfolio investment in Bulgaria, Georgia and Russia.
